Friendly Staff , Location is good, Service like Wifi and cleaning The price is good
The breakfast is poor not matches with 4 Stars. The shower is without curtain so after shower you will have alot of water in the bath ground which can be dangerous , slipping

The hotel has good value for money rooms with great views from the balcony as well as a balcony. The breakfast is extensive, available with bacon and a quarter of a baguette...

Excellent location next to Old Town, soundproofing features in rooms, variety of dining options nearby
Horribly slow check-in process due to staff training issues!!! Unreliable Wi-Fi connection left me frustrated!!! The hot water situation was unacceptable and I couldn't even drink from the tap without worrying!!! Seriously lacking in modern amenities!!!

The staff because they are patient, charming, helpful and friendly - in short they're first rate. Also the location of the hotel couldn't be better, ie in the 'Old Town' or Lipscan. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The Europa Royale is smart, modern, comfortable and has the best location in central Bucharest - we would always stay there when visiting Bucharest.
The wifi network is not reliable and also there were no bedside tables of any kind in our room. However this did not detract from our stay which was very comfortable and enjoyable.

Great location at the edge of the old town. The breakfast spread had plenty of options for vegetarians and was really enjoyable. The staff were kind, even providing local recommendations. My room was clean, with fresh towels and sheets every day.

All outstanding, as previously mentioned. But especially location to sightseeing, old town, coffee shops, bars and restaurants, whether being on business or pleasure. The staffs were really helpful and very good service
A bit street noise, but not too irritating. For whatever technical reason, the safes shut down and the manager holding the key did not show up until the next day after 10am. Luckily, we were not heading for the airport until in the afternoon. I would have expected the manager getting out of bed immediately sorting out the problem. Leaving it for the next day was really unprofessional!
